Rabbi Glass
Rabbi Glass is the founding national chairman of the Consortium of Jewish Day Schools, and is a longtime educator with over 35 years of experience overseeing both elementary and high schools across the country. He has trained and taught over 60 day school principals, and, in partnership with WASC, MSA, and ISACS, has sat on and chaired evaluation committees for both public and private schools.

Rabbi Glass has also taught masters and graduate-level education and leadership courses, and has developed programs to allow Jewish educators to receive state-credentialed degrees. He spent many years in Israel learning under the direction of Rav Moshe Chait zt”l and at Yeshiva Chofetz Chaim in Queens, New York. Rabbi Glass received a masters in school psychology from City College New York in 1975, and a doctorate in education from Florida International University in 1994. Rabbi Glass’s goal as the founding national chairman of CoJDS is to raise the quality of principal training, development, and mentoring, and to cultivate strong leadership skills among current and future principals.
